1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the cuci55 platform — whether via the website, Android mobile app, or iOS app — you immediately agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with all other policies published by cuci55 from time to time, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines.

These terms take effect from the date you first register for or use our services. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms is deemed as acceptance of those changes.

2User Eligibility

Use of the cuci55 platform is limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to have one (1) active account on the cuci55 platform at any one time. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.

During the registration process, you are required to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information including your full name, ID number, date of birth, email address, and active phone number.
• Create a strong and unique password for your account — it must not be shared with any other party.
• Complete the identity verification (KYC) process by uploading a valid ID document such as your MyKad or passport.
• Ensure that the bank account or e-wallet registered is in your own name — cuci55 does not process payments to third parties.

Cuci55 reserves the right to request additional proof at any time for further identity verification purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary restriction on your account.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Cuci55 supports a variety of payment methods popular among Malaysian users, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. All financial transactions are processed through secure channels encrypted with 256-bit SSL encryption technology.

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction.

• No additional fees are charged by cuci55 for any deposit; however, third-party fees may apply.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Cuci55 offers a wide range of exciting bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions outlined in its respective promotional terms. Generally, the following terms apply to all bonuses offered:

• Wagering requirement — All bonuses have a minimum wagering requirement before winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement rate is clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus validity period — Each bonus has a specific validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.
• One account, one bonus — Each promotion can only be claimed once per account, per IP address, and per device.

7User Conduct

• Not to disrupt the technical operation of the platform through cyberattacks, hacking attempts, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
• Not to sell, transfer, or assign your cuci55 account to any other party.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in an official warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure, at cuci55's sole discretion.

8Account Security

Your account security is a shared responsibility between you and cuci55. Our platform provides comprehensive security layers, including 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA), and biometric login options. However, you also play a vital role in keeping your account secure:

• Never share your cuci55 account password with anyone, including family members.
• Use a strong password — combine uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection on your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Contact the cuci55 support team immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

Cuci55 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their account login credentials.

9Account Closure

Users may close their cuci55 account at any time by contacting the customer support team via in-app live chat. Before the account closure is processed, all eligible fund balances will be transferred to the registered bank account or e-wallet within 3 business days.

Cuci55 reserves the right to close or suspend any account for the following reasons, without prior notice:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Confirmation that the user does not meet the age or regional eligibility requirements.
• Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or collusion.
• Requests from the relevant authorities.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, cuci55 reserves the right to retain any remaining balance in that account as compensation for losses incurred by the platform as a result of the violation.

10Limitation of Liability

Cuci55 provides its online betting and gaming platform on an "as is" basis. While we strive to keep the platform running without interruption at all times, cuci55 cannot guarantee a service entirely free from technical errors, connection disruptions, or unplanned downtime.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, cuci55 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of wins or profits arising from technical disruptions or system failures.
• Loss of user data due to hardware or software failures beyond the platform's control.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform.

11Responsible Gaming

• Daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits — Set a limit on how much you can deposit within a given period.
• Session time limits — Set a limit on how long you can play in a single day.
